The Albion Campus

So the city is going to carry the note on the Campus sale. This could be better than if they just paid the money, in my estimation. From what I gathered, the buyers are going to submit a plan of what they are going to do over the course of the two years that the city is carrying the note, this at least leaves the residents of Albion some chance to look at the proposed plans and raise hell if it is something too crazy. If the Mortenson's wrote a check, then they could tear the place down, sell the brick, subdivide it and then let Keystone Realty build some low income housing on it with zero input from the rest of the community.
